UV CIPP LINING

ULTRA VIOLET CURED IN PLACE PIPE LINING (UVCIPP)

The most technologically advanced way to address the aging/failing underground infrastructure of our country is with ultra-violet cured in place pipe. This is because it removes the mess and guess work of previous technologies. UV CIPP is predictable, flexible, and environmentally friendly.

Predictable

  • Liners are produced in an ISO 9001 manufacturing facility that meets all ASTM standards for pipeline rehabilitation

  • Because the liner is constructed with an outer and inner jacket there is no migration of styrene (which occurs with the cheaper felt lining system) resulting in uniform thickness throughout the pipe.

  • Cured with ultraviolet light- the guesswork is eliminated from the curing process

Flexible

  • Because the liner is cured with UV light (not steam or hot water) neither environmental temperatures nor water tables effect the liners ability to cure.

  • Nearly all the equipment for installing and curing the liner is contained on one truck resulting in a small jobsite footprint. Not only does this mean there is less disruption to the public but we can also access formidable locations.

  • The liners can fit/conform to the host pipe regardless of that pipes shape or construction.

  • We can accommodate pipes that range in size from 6”-72” in diameter and we install liners that are suitable for sewer, water, and storm, industrial and chemical applications.

Environmentally Friendly

  • The liners we install are fully encapsulated therefore no styrene is emitted into the water, soil or air.

  • Because we cure with UV light, as opposed to steam or hot water which uses an abundance of fuel to cure, our process results in 84% less greenhouse gas emissions.

CCTV INSPECTION

CCTV INSPECTION

Our state of the art remotely operated cameras can be used in any size pipe to clearly identify problems. Our technicians are experts at analyzing video and providing you with options for solutions you need.

  • We use cameras at the beginning of any project to assess the situation

  • We use cameras in the middle of all lining projects to ensure the end result is as expected

  • We use cameras at the end of every project and deliver that video to the customer to verify the product is as expected

FIBERGLASS
POTABLE WATER LINE

FIBERGLASS - EPOXY COATING

Fiberglass epoxy lining is an excellent solution for a variety of situations. This liner is made to order and can be customized for the clients individual needs.

Structural

  • These liners are structural and can accommodate being placed under pressure

  • They can be used in a vertical pipe such as a roof drain

Flexible

  • These liners can accommodate transitions in diameter, Y’s, elbows and bends

  • The resin that is used in the liner can be adjusted for various scenarios from food processing to corrosive chemicals

Spot Repair

  • Repairs are completed in 10 foot segments with beveled ends resulting in a seamless finished product.

  • Point repair is budget friendly, allowing the customer to address an area of concern while preserving funds for further repairs elsewhere.

  • Point repairs are structurally strong -27500 psi-, completed quickly and possess a thin wall thickness -1/8”.

JETTING

POTABLE WATER LINE REHABILIATION

A water main break is one of the most disruptive occurrences in a community. Water is everywhere but where you want it- in the pipes. Homes, businesses and everyone trying to use the roadway is impacted and inconvenienced. You can leave this all behind when you chose an ultraviolet cured water liner for your next project. Jump aboard our light train and join us in protecting our roadways, pocketbooks and environment.

Protect our Roadways

  • Proactive rehabilitation prevents water main breaks

  • By maintaining underground pipes we reduce the danger of undermined pavement

  • Minimal disruption to the roadside because access to the pipe is achieved through small excavation pits

  • Future deterioration of the roadbeds and asphalt are minimized due to trenching

Protect our Pocketbook

  • Relining results in increased carrying capacity, reduced pumping costs and additional income by preventing water loss

  • Relining reduces the need for chemical treatment by curtailing coliform bacteria growth and stabilizing chlorine residuals

  • Generally 20-40% less expensive than traditional open cut methods while increasing the durability three fold when compared to cement mortar lining.

Protect our Environment

  • Clean, clear water, free of odor, poor color, unpleasant taste and turbidity

  • No pollutants released into the air or water

  • 84% less greenhouse gas emissions because the liner is cured with UV light as opposed to steam and hot water which utilize a significant amount of fuel

  • We have the ability to establish a temporary bypass system which eliminates lost water and maintains customer’s service.

PRECISION POINT REPAIR

JETTING

Our highly knowledgeable staff has the resources, training and experience necessary to safely and thoroughly rid your pipes, regardless of diameter-small diameter (1-3 inch) floor drains are our specialty- from blockages. By maintaining your pipes you will restore proper function by increasing flow and decreasing flooding and backups. Additionally we perform sump cleaning, video inspection and reclamation. Precision Industrial Maintenance has successfully reclaimed well riser sumps from depths of 100’ below grade.

PRECISION POINT REPAIR SYSTEM

Point Repair is a perfect option for pipes that are structurally sound with only a small section being compromised allowing infiltration and intrusion of water and debris.
